Character Menu for Grand Theft Auto V

CharacterMenu is a tool that allows you to customize the characters in Grand Theft Auto V.

This application will generate a file that contains all the information on the in-game characters. You can use the information to customize your own character and turn them into an NPC.

There are more than 500 NPCs available for you to pick from, and 350 of them have several outfit possibilities. The color and texture of each item can be altered. Other NPCs will have the phrase [uncustomizable] next to them if they cannot be altered. The non-customizable NPCs are still playable.
